Part Two · The payoff · 20 minutes
This is what the whole setup was for.
One message gets you: your week laid out, what to prep, the email that needs you, your top five priorities, and the first drafts already written.
It works because it can see your email and calendar (Step 1), it knows your business and how you work (Step 2), and it lives in My Business Assistant with your documents and processes (Step 3).
It works with what it can see. If tasks live in your CRM, on a notepad, or in your head, hand those over too. Sunday, Monday morning — whenever you plan your week.
Run it
Start a new chat inside My Business Assistant and paste the Sunday Run below. Using the manual option? Paste next week's schedule and the email threads you want reviewed, minus private details you don't need.
Run my Sunday Run. Use my Business Brief, any approved process documents in this Project, and my connected email and calendar. Other tasks and deadlines this week: [your notes, or "none"] FIRST — TELL ME WHAT YOU CHECKED - Use my time zone. Give me today's date. - The calendars you actually checked, and the exact dates: today through the next 7 days. - The email date range you checked: the last 7 days. - Anything you couldn't open, or a search you couldn't finish. Say so, and call this a partial review. Don't fill the gap with a guess. 1. MY WEEK Day by day, with start times. Flag double-bookings, no travel time between appointments, missing addresses, and overloaded days based on my schedule rules. An empty slot doesn't mean I'm free — check my work hours and the tasks I gave you. 2. WHAT TO PREP A line or two for each appointment. Use my process documents when they apply. Mark each item CONFIRMED (it's in the email, invite, or process) or SUGGESTED (your idea). 3. EMAIL THAT NEEDS ME Check my sent mail and the whole thread, not just what's unread. Sort each into: Needs my decision, I drafted it, FYI, or Can wait. Give me the sender, subject, date, and a link for each. If you can't tell whether I already handled it, say so. 4. MY TOP 5 + 3 DRAFTS My five most important things this week, ranked, with one line on why. Then write up to three drafts total for the top items — an email, a text, a checklist. I'll ask if I want more. 5. WHAT YOU NEED FROM ME Your open questions, and anything you couldn't fully check. Rules: Drafts go here in the chat. Don't send, save Gmail drafts, change my calendar, archive, delete, or contact anyone. Never invent promises, availability, finished work, or client facts. Keep it scannable.
Check it before you act
Compare the schedule with your real calendar. Spot-check the emails behind its top five. Read every draft for names, dates, and promises. If it said it couldn't check something, deal with that before you trust the rest.
Then pick your priorities and use the drafts you approve. You're still the boss.
Save it as your Sunday Run Checklist
Once it's working the way you want, ask:
Turn the Sunday Run we just did into a reusable document called Sunday Run Checklist. Keep the source checks, date ranges, limits, and rules, plus any preferences I gave you. Leave out this week's emails, appointments, and client details. Show it to me before you make the file.
Review it, save it to your AI Setup folder, and add it to My Business Assistant. Want to run it by hand any time? Open a new chat inside the Project and say:
Run my Sunday Run Checklist. Other tasks and deadlines this week: [your notes, or "none"]. Tell me if you can't open the checklist or a source.
That's the whole point. No hunting for a giant prompt every Sunday.
Schedule it
Now set it to run on its own every week, so your Sunday Run is waiting for you on the day you plan your week.
- If you use ChatGPT: Open Scheduled in the sidebar, or just ask in a chat: "Every Sunday at 5 PM, run my Sunday Run." Set it to repeat weekly. Paste your whole Sunday Run Checklist into the task — scheduled tasks can't open your Project's files.
- If you use Claude: In the Claude desktop app, click Scheduled → New task. Name it Sunday Run, paste your whole Sunday Run Checklist, and set it to weekly. It runs even when your computer is asleep, and it uses the connections you set up in Step 1. Scheduled tasks need a Pro plan or higher.
When it runs, open the result and check it the same way you did the first time. Then send what you approve. If the first scheduled run can't see your email or calendar, run it by hand inside My Business Assistant.

It gets better from here
You just set up your AI. It knows you, your business, and how you sound — and your Sunday Run is scheduled.
The Studio is the next step: re-engineering the business itself.
We get the business out of your head and document how it actually runs. Then, live in our group meetings, I show you how to build the systems and AI tools that run it — inside your own setup, so you keep them.
You can have a successful real estate business and still be the bottleneck in it. The Studio is the exit ramp off the hamster wheel.

Done when: You ran your first Sunday Run, checked what it says it looked at, reviewed the drafts, saved your Sunday Run Checklist, and scheduled it.
Your finish-line checklist
When every box is checked, your AI is onboarded.
