Part Two — The payoff
Part Two · The payoff · 10 minutes
Setup's done. Now prove it worked — on real work.
You'll send one real request to My Business Assistant and check what comes back.
Write your request
Pick something you actually need this week. Fill in the brackets with a real deal — skip names and private details.
| If you need… | Your request |
|---|---|
| A seller update | Write a quick email to my sellers checking in after their first weekend of showings. Here's what happened: [number] showings, feedback: [what buyers said], my recommendation: [next step]. |
| A buyer follow-up | Write a follow-up to my buyers after today's showings. We saw [number] homes. They liked [what], they didn't like [what]. My recommendation: [next step]. |
| A sphere touch | A past client bought [when and where] and hasn't heard from me in a year. Write a check-in text. Something I know about them: [one detail]. |
| A transaction update | Write an email to my client about what happens next on their purchase. Inspection: [date]. Appraisal: [date]. Closing: [date]. What I need from them: [what]. |
Something else? Write it the same way: what you need, plus the facts.
Run it
- Copy your filled-in request.
- Open a new chat inside My Business Assistant.
- Paste your request and send it.
What to look for
Look past the polish. Check the draft for these:
- Sounds like you
- Used your facts — nothing made up
- Asked about anything missing instead of guessing
- How much editing it needs: none, some, or a rewrite
"The agents who win with AI aren't the ones who use it the most. They're the ones who feed it the best information."
— Rebecca Green
Not what you expected?
- Generic voice: go back to your voice file and give it your version of a sentence. Your voice file is only as good as your corrections.
- Wrong facts: check your documents first. If the fact isn't in them, add it.
- Ignored a rule: check that Block B is in the Project's instructions, and that you sent it from a chat inside the Project.
Done when: You have a draft from My Business Assistant you'd actually use after your review.
