Rebecca Green, founder of the CEO Agent Academy and AI-powered real estate coaching

Hi, I’m Rebecca

I'm a mom first — my family is my first team, and everything I build is designed to support that. Feeding people is my love language; I'm a sucker for good wine, a well-made Paloma, and any excuse to turn an ordinary meal into a dinner party. I'm an Enneagram 3 with a strong 2 wing, which means I care deeply about building things that work — and making sure the people around me are supported while doing it. At the end of the day, I believe good systems create space for what matters most.

I've spent 34 years building real estate businesses — top-producing agent, team leader, brokerage executive, coach, 1,600 homes sold, $100M+ in annual volume. Along the way I learned that long-term success isn't about doing more; it's about building the right structure early.

And underneath all of it, I had built a business that depended almost entirely on me.

Then I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.

The illness wasn't the turning point. The clarity was. For the first time I stopped asking how to grow faster and started asking better questions. What happens if I can't physically show up tomorrow? Why had I built something that still needed me for so much? Why was I still wearing all the hats?

I'd spent years climbing a ladder leaning against the wrong wall. I had built success. I hadn't built freedom.

So I rebuilt — and this time for the opposite outcome. I documented more. Systemized what repeated. Automated what didn't need me. And when AI showed up, it had something to plug into, because the structure was already there.

That's the part most people get backwards. AI doesn't fix a business — it exposes one. If your processes only exist in your head, AI has nothing to learn. I don't teach AI as a concept. I run my entire business with it, and I show agents exactly how to do the same.

That's what all of this is built on. The Academy is where agents learn how a well-organized business actually works. The Studio is where we build it into theirs. Everything I've made exists to help agents outgrow their dependence on themselves.

Working less and selling more was never the finish line — it's the on-ramp. Getting weirdly efficient means getting off the transaction hamster wheel long enough to build something bigger than your next closing: real systems, real leverage, and a business with actual equity in it — something you could sell, hand off, or walk away from on your own terms. Efficiency and scale aren't just about getting your evenings back. They're what make a business exitable instead of just survivable.

I've coached hundreds of agents across the U.S. and Canada. And the thing I'm most proud of isn't any of those numbers — it's that the agents I work with are building businesses that actually give them their lives back.

That's the whole point. That's why I'm here.
