Yes. Media Day is members-only. The whole event is built around the Academy's content system — Becky, Cami, the coaching, Implementation Days. Join the Academy first and your booking link shows up in your welcome email.

Media Day is a separate $67 event fee on top of your $97/year Academy membership. You book and pay for each Media Day individually from your member booking page. Selling Portland Real Estate team members + Academy sponsors attend at no additional cost.

Roughly every 60 days — about six a year, all in the Portland area. Every upcoming date is listed on our events calendar. Once you're a member you can book the ones that work for you.

Usually in the Portland area, in a curated location selected for the shoot. The exact address goes out a week or two before each event with the prep email.

Events are kept intentionally small. We keep Media Days to 15- 20 people. This isn't a production line — it's a collaborative day with a tight group of agents. Small means better photos, more direction, and a room that feels good to be in. Spots are limited each round so register early.

Yourself. The prep email goes out right after you register with outfit suggestions, shot list ideas, and everything else you need to show up ready.

You leave the same day with B-roll already on your phone — enough to start posting right away. Your finished, professionally edited images follow after the shoot. Once they land, Implementation Day helps you turn the full set into a real content plan.

Cancel 7 or more days before the event and we'll move you to the next one. Cancellations inside 7 days or no-shows are charged the full event fee. Seats are tight and we plan around the count.
