The biggest barrier to staging isn't willingness — it's the ask. When sellers have to pay before the home sells, they sometimes hesitate. When they don't, the objection disappears.

The staging fee is 0.5% of the list price (minimum $2,500), paid at closing — not before. For properties outside the standard coverage area, a $250 travel fee applies upfront. Sellers who prefer to pay in advance receive a 10% discount.
