And because the seller only pays if nd when the home sells, it helps over come any objections they may have about staging.

No Upfront Cost for Sellers
Our 0.5% of the list price staging fee is paid at closing—making it an easy “yes” for every listing. We do charge a small upfront travel fee of $250 for properties located outside of standard coverage areas. If your clients want to take advantage of a lower cost, we offer 10% discounts for staging services that are paid in advance.
