Part One — Find them
Check your list
A list that looks complete isn't the same as a list that is. This step checks Claude's work against a second source and sorts every deal into confirmed, double-check, or missing.
Your second source is whatever you didn't use in Step 2: your MLS report, your brokerage export, your contract folder, or your own count of how many deals you closed that year.
Check your list
I'm uploading Closings [YEAR].csv and [MY MLS REPORT / BROKERAGE EXPORT / LIST]. [If you have no second source: I closed about [NUMBER] deals in [YEAR].] Compare the two and sort every deal into these lists: - Confirmed: in both, and the client name, address, side, and close date match. - Double-check: in both, but something doesn't match (a different name, date, or side). Show me what's different. - Missing: in one source but not the other. For each one, tell me where it showed up and suggest a search to find it. Also flag any deal where the client name might actually be the other side, the other agent, the lender, or the escrow officer. If my list came from contracts (Route C), confirm which deals actually closed, mark any that didn't as Fell Through, and replace scheduled closing dates with the actual ones. Update Closings [YEAR].csv with a Status column (Confirmed, Double-check, Missing, or Fell Through) and give me the file. Then tell me how many are in each list.
