Football + Real Estate
I grew up in a die-hard Chicago Bears household.
When I was a kid, the team used the Lake Forest College campus for training sessions. My grandfather and I would often walk down to watch the practices.
When we would get there early, there were always a few players already on the field. Just a handful—running routes, passing, catching. Over and over. Same thing on repeat.
I remember asking my grandfather why those guys were there when no one else was. Here's what he said—
They play at a really elite level. When you're surrounded by so much talent, you have to run the extra reps to rise.
Real estate is no different. There was a time, not too long ago, when a license and a pulse made you 6-figures. Today, we’re surrounded by a growing field of elite agents who continue to raise the bar.
It's not luck + these agents aren't necessarily smarter than everyone else, but they're likely far more consistent than others. They're committed to efficiencies + systems.
The truth is, elite doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built in the quiet work no one else sees, in the discipline of showing up when it would be easier not to. Just like those players on the field before dawn, the agents who keep running the reps—long after the excitement of the “easy market” is gone—are the ones who will be standing when the game changes again!
The conversation: What would running the extra reps look like in your business right now? If you don't have a playbook built to last, this is where you should start. Here is how we can help.
