Inside Monday Meetings: How Weekly Implementation Builds Real Momentum
Monday mornings have a rhythm of their own inside the CEO Agent Academy. At 10 a.m. PST, my screen fills with faces from all over the country—agents who’ve carved out an hour of their week to work on their business instead of just in it. We call it the Inner Circle, and it’s become one of my favorite hours of the week.
These meetings aren’t about theory or motivational fluff. They’re about implementation—getting things done, together. We talk through real-time challenges, unpack current market shifts, and focus on one of the core pillars of the CEO Agent Academy: Operations, Marketing, Tech, or Mindset. Every week looks a little different, but the goal stays the same—help agents move the needle, one actionable step at a time.
What I love most about these meetings is the energy. Even on weeks when the market feels unpredictable, this group shows up ready to share ideas, tools, and lessons learned. There’s something powerful about knowing you’re not doing this business alone.

Every Monday from 10–11 a.m. PST, agents from every corner of the country log in. Some are part of my team. Others are members of the CEO Agent Academy. And once a month, we open the doors to agents outside the community who want to see what it’s like before joining—a little something we call the Try-On.
