What to Expect

Your Media Day, start to finish

Media Day is done-for-you content creation — a relaxed half-day with a full crew that gets you headshots, lifestyle photos, reels, and B-roll without the solo-filming stress. Here's how the day runs and how to get the most out of it.

1
Come as you are, a few minutes early. It's a small group of agents and good energy — not a stiff studio session. Settle in, grab a coffee, get comfortable.
2
The crew directs the whole shoot. Posing, angles, what to do with your hands, where to look — you'll always know exactly what to do. You never have to figure it out alone.
3
You move through photo and video. Headshots, lifestyle shots, and short-form B-roll clips you can use across every platform — all captured in one session.
4
You leave with B-roll already on your phone. Enough raw content to start posting that same day, before the edited photos are even back.
5
Your edited gallery lands after the shoot. Your full set of professionally edited photos is delivered to you — and lives in the Past Galleries section further down this page.

What to bring

A little prep goes a long way. Three things to have with you:

  • 3–5 content ideas — Reels, posts, anything you've been meaning to get on camera. Not sure? Don't worry, we're full of ideas.
  • Props that read as you — your laptop, phone, favorite mug, sunglasses, a sold sign.
  • Good humor — almost nobody loves having their picture taken. We're all in this together, and it's genuinely a blast.

What to wear

Anything that makes you happy. A few things that always photograph well:

  • Go monochrome or use complementary tones — clean and easy on camera.
  • Add layers — a blazer or denim jacket you can take on and off doubles your outfit options.
  • Lean into accessories — chunky earrings, layered necklaces, a fun lip color.
  • One signature outfit, one wildcard look. Variety keeps the day dynamic. Don't overthink it.

Get your ideas ready before the shoot

Two minutes of prep makes a real difference on shoot day. Open Instagram and save a few posts you love, and scroll your camera roll for recent wins or client FAQs worth turning into content. A few starting points:

From camera roll to a month of content

Media Day gets you the raw material. Your edited photos are delivered to your gallery, and every past gallery lives right here on this page so nothing ever gets lost.

The next step is Implementation Day — held a few weeks after each Media Day. That's the working session where you plug your photos and video into a content plan and turn the shoot into a full month of posts. Watch the events calendar for the next one.

Your AI Team

Two tools that turn your photos into content

Becky and CAMI are custom AI bots included with your Academy membership. Becky gets your brand voice clear; CAMI writes the content around it — so your Media Day photos never sit in a folder waiting on a caption.

Brand DNA Bestie

Becky

"Make your marketing finally sound like you."

Becky asks the right questions, listens for the patterns you can't always see in yourself, and turns your answers into a clear Brand DNA profile.

  • Defines your niche and best-fit clients
  • Pins down your voice, beliefs, and content pillars
  • Hands a finished Brand DNA profile straight to CAMI

Content Creator

CAMI

"You shoot the content. CAMI writes around it."

Give CAMI a topic, a story, or a market moment and she turns it into posts, emails, scripts, and captions that sound exactly like you — no generic AI output.

  • Captions, hooks, CTAs, and email subject lines
  • Reels scripts and carousel content from your photos
  • Works from your Brand DNA so the voice stays consistent

Commonly Asked Questions
1
How early should I arrive?
Plan to arrive on time. We create the roster based on arrival.
2
How long will I be there?
Media Days run about 2–3 hours. You don’t need to stay the entire window if your shots are done, but the full session gives you the most content and we always have brunch or lunch.
3
When will I get my photos?
You leave the same day with B-roll already on your phone. Your professionally edited photos follow 7–10 days after the shoot. We will send an email out letting you know they are available in the gallery.
4
Can I bring my team or a guest?
Yes, but all attendees will need to purchase a ticket and be a member of the CEO Agent Academy.
5
What if I have to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel 7 or more days out and we’ll move you to the next Media Day. Cancellations inside 7 days, or no-shows, are charged the full event fee.
