If you are already set up in Sphere, below is a list of categories and labels you may want to use in you account. Don’t want to do it yourself? Agent Concierge can do it for you—book a time block here!

Lead Source

To add a Lead Source, click Settings (the gear icon) > scroll down to “People” > click on the “Lead Tracking” tab > edit or delete existing Lead Source names by clicking the pencil or trash icon or click “+Lead Source” to add a new one.

*You can only choose one; select the most recent way the client came to you.
