Buyer Representation Agreement

Congratulations on your new buyer! It is time to get the Buyer Representation Agreement and associated documents signed BUT before DocuSigning them, there are a couple of email templates in Google Drive that will help explain the commission changes and the BRA to your client:

After the client is comfortable with everything, apply the correct template in Zipforms and send the BRA to your client.

The required documents you will want to have signed/initialed are listed below.

In Oregon:

  •  Buyer Advisory

  •  Disclosed Limited Agency Agreement For Buyers

  •  Initial Agency Disclosure Pamphlet

  •  Buyer Representation Agreement

  •  Advisory Regarding Real Estate Compensation

  • Consumer Choice and Referral Fee Disclosure

  • Real Estate Team Disclosure (if applicable)

In Washington:

  •  Buyer Brokerage Services Agreement

  • Consumer Choice and Referral Fee Disclosure

  •  Real Estate Brokerage in Washington Pamphlet

Once buyers have signed, your documents need to be added to Bolt. The tutorial for that can be viewed here.
