What do Clarity, Execution + Consistency have in common?
I had the opportunity to speak at two events last week—a business planning workshop with 12 amazing women that I had never met before, and the REAL Further Together event. Different rooms, different audiences, eight different speakers… and yet the theme was the same.
You cannot be all things to all people.
Simplicity reigns.
Execution is everything.
Consistency wins every time.
It’s exactly what we talk about inside the CEO Agent Academy.
Take Hannah Dubyne from Vancouver. She’s only 25, four years in the business, and consistently in the top three or four agents in her market. Why? She niched into being the community expert. Her strategy is simple: one YouTube video a week. She batches four in a day, so she’s not drained. She’s done this every single week for four years. Then she layered in email marketing, repurposing her video into her weekly email.
That’s it. Simple. Repeatable. Executed well. And it works.
At the Further Together event, I shared why I believe real estate is quickly becoming a sport of the elite. The gap between the average agent and the elite agent widens every day. Elite agents aren’t luckier or smarter—they’re just doing the extra reps, and they’re playing a specific position in the game. They're leveraging modern technology and taking a very great systematic approach to their business.
Here’s the kicker: most agents resist niching down because they don’t want to “lose business.” But the truth? They’re actually losing business by NOT owning a niche. Look at the agents consistently winning in your market—you know exactly what they’re known for.

General real estate service might have worked in the past, but it’s quickly being pushed aside by elite agents running sophisticated, simple businesses with crystal-clear messaging. People want to work with people, so make sure your brand, not your brokerage's brand, is speaking to them!
