At our core, we’re a group of business builders who believe collaboration and alignment create stronger, more sustainable growth. That’s why we don’t just provide resources—we bring people together. With 10-12 online sessions each month and 24 in-person gatherings throughout the year, our community thrives on connection. 

The focus of these sessions goes beyond just real estate. We dive into the entrepreneurial topics that truly move businesses forward—finances, health and wellness, building wealth, email marketing, and creating a strong digital footprint.

The Connector Sponsorship

This sponsorship is perfect for community-minded businesses who want to stay top-of-mind with the RG+Co. CEO Agent Community members all year long.

What’s included:

  • Media + Implementation Day Sponsor → Your company is highlighted at 3 of the 6 events per year through email campaigns before + after one Media Day per year. Plus, we want you to attend your Media Day to connect, collaborate, and grab content for your own marketing. Sponsors are also welcome to attend our Implementation Day session to further connect and plan out your content.

  • Bi-monthly Newsletter Feature → Twice a month, share something of value with our entire community (not just logo placement—your voice, your expertise).

  • Onboarding Spotlight → Introduced to every new member through our onboarding campaign.

What’s included:

  • Pop-Up Workshop Sponsorships (1 per year) → Your business will be featured before, during, and after this event via email + social media. Attend with an extra ticket for a client or colleague. Plus, enjoy a 3-minute spotlight introduction at the event.

  • Business Mixer Sponsorship (2 events per year) → Be front + center at our community socials. These events are purely social.

  • Coaching Spotlight (4 events per year)→ Jump into the coaches’ corner and host one community classroom event per quarter. Promotion happens all year long for these events.

I’m Rebecca,

I took 30+ years of real estate know-how, SOPs, and experience, moved to a brand-new market, and built a multi-six-figure income in 12 months—then scaled it to a seven-figure business in under five years. But that’s not the good part.

I blew it all up when I realized the systems worked—but the hustle was killing me and tanking my profits. So I rebuilt. Smarter. Simpler. More sustainable.

I’m direct (no fluff), strategic (but scrappy), and fiercely committed to helping agents build businesses that don’t burn them out. I say what I mean, I love what I do, and I’ll probably feed you if we hang out.

Feeding people is my love language. I'm a sucker for good wine, I make a mean Paloma, and I want every meal to feel like an exquisite dinner party—whether it’s just for my husband at the kitchen island, a house full of kids, or a room full of friends and neighbors. That’s my kind of vibe.

I see renovation potential in everything (seriously—chairs, cabins, patios… nothing’s safe). Lately I’m into gardening, chasing chickens, and dreaming up new ways to make life feel beautiful and functional.
