Use this after every showing, open house, or listing appointment.

"I just met with [name]. We [showed homes / held a listing appointment / met at an open house]. They [key detail — what they loved, what their concern was, where they are in the process]. Write a warm, professional follow-up email. 3 sentences. Sound like a real person, not a template."
